Our services help young people move into adulthood with greater confidence, stability, and independence.
Here is what we do.

Consulting
We work with organizations building or strengthening Post-Majority Support Services programs. These are services that support young people transitioning out of government care once they reach the age of majority, at a point when formal supports often end abruptly.
We know firsthand how these programs provide access to housing, financial support, health and wellness services, and life-skills development during a critical period when youth are establishing independence, often without the family safety net many of their peers can rely on.
We provide program planning, policy development, administrative tools, and operational structure to support effective, sustainable, and well-organized service delivery. This means helping organizations build the systems and processes that allow these programs to run smoothly and hold up over time, not just in their early stages.
As an Indigenous organization, we bring culturally grounded insight and understanding to help design programs that are respectful, practical, and mindful of the realities of the people they serve.
We understand the disproportionate impact the child welfare system has on Indigenous youth, and we bring that understanding into every program we help build, so that transition planning reflects culturally safe and holistic approaches rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
